We currently train between 90-180 pastors per month from many diverse places such as Pakistan, Africa, India, Tibet, Nepal, and more. The work is urgent and fruitful; missionary work is curtailed in many of these regions by governments. It is our mission to train indigenous believers and not to send missionaries. Not only is this empowering and investing into the local churches, we can reach and impact many more people by collaborating with these ministers. It takes $500 per month to provide the cost of 10 indigenous national leaders to be full-time in ministry. The average cost of a fulltime US missionary overseas is $60,000 for one. Recently, one of our leaders made a harrowing journey to Tibet to establish a church. A group of previously Hindu people in the Indian subcontinent are starting underground churches to spread the message of Jesus Christ among their fellow Hindus.
Our Ministry
East Coast Ministries International trains native leaders who are courageously Gospel-centered in remote places hostile to Christianity. Due to the leadership training we provide, pastors have been equipped to lead hundreds of people to Jesus, baptize them, disciple them, distribute Bibles, perform healings, and plant underground/traditional churches.
Urgent Needs & Prayer Requests
We want to continue to help relieve their burdens and meet practical needs. For instance, 2,000 bibles were given away last year to people who had no access without our help. We are overwhelmed by the honor and privilege to help and work with heroes of faith. With them, we are doing our part to assure more multitudes from every tribe and nation will stand before Jesus. With your support, we can continue this work in the Great Commission.
Please pray for God’s provisions. The following are various ways you can support what God is doing. Our grand total goal is to raise $160,000.
1. $150 provides one training session of 15-30 pastors ($1,000 per month)
2. $20 provides for training materials, certification, translation cost, printing and distribution for one leader. ($3,600 per month)
3. 10 laptops at $700 per laptop ($7,000 per month)
4. $8 enables us to provide a Bible
5. $500 per month provides for 10 indigenous national leaders
6. $500 a month pays for a part-time office employee here in the US
7. $15,000 for our trip to Nepal and India to hold evangelistic campaigns and training sessions in January, 2023
