About This Project:

The Timothy Foundation was started in 2016 to invest in the next generation of Christian leaders. We have a two-year Fellows program consisting of eight weekends covering graduate level work in theology and business. Each Fellow receives a mentor as well as emotional intelligence training.

We believe the biggest crisis in our churches is the lack of great leaders. Our goal is to invest in the next generation of leaders who will lead the church into the next century. Our greatest challenges are 1) identifying the leaders to invest in, and 2) gathering the resources – people and finances to secure our mission.

We are looking for young (23 – 29 years old), Christian (those who have demonstrated following Christ), leaders (those with a history of having people follow them) who will commit to the two-year Fellows program.

The program requires both financial and people resources to be successful. We need the financial support to pay for the staff and the program, and we need the people who can be professors, mentors and coaches for the Fellows along the way.

You can invest with us by 1) your financial support, 2) helping us identify potential Fellows, 3) being a mentor, or 4) coaching in one of the areas where we need expertise.
