About This Project:
The climate of authentic worship in our nation is at a cross-roads. Burn-out amongst worship leaders was already prevalent pre-covid, especially among those who volunteer their time. As the pandemic forced the local church to embody a digital dependence and presence, teams have had to be downsized, and leaders became even more siloed while absorbing tremendous amounts of additional workload. Even now, almost two years post-covid restrictions, the consequences are still unraveling – the inevitable crisis in struggles with identity, worth, confusion, loneliness, exhaustion, lack of confidence, and even medical leaves of
absences.
Through developing resources and training opportunities, we desire to empower leaders to (re)discover the language and lifestyle of worship, and in doing so, making the worship of Jesus Christ made central throughout our communities, our churches, and the world. There is no better time than now to pour into these individuals who are positioned on the front line, tasked with leading people into the presence of God.
