Empower2Transform works collaboratively to design and implement off-grid, solar energy systems to generate enough electricity to meet the essential needs of new medical facilities.
Kevin and Matildah Sibalwa Van Ravenstein have a shared love for mission work, desiring to bring hope to the hopeless, and share God’s love with the people of Zambia. After moving to Canada, they found God prompting them to return to Zambia. As a result, they are rebuilding connections there and are starting an independent sponsorship program for children in rural areas where assistance is virtually non-existent.
The purpose of this project is to strengthen University Presbyterian Church’s outreach program for students (undergraduate, graduate, and international), faculty and staff at UCLA.
