About This Project:
The project is about identifying emerging leaders across religious boundaries, both churched and unchurched. Discipling and development happens through participation in safe learning communities of trust, particularly specialty small groups like ONYX training program, Al-Anon, Leadership clubs, and Men’s groups. In these groups they can experience emotional healing, encouragement, empowerment, have role models and mentors, as they learn soft and hard skills in order navigate all facets of life maturely.
We want see the evolution of a healthy and mature group of young leaders, churched and unchurched who have transformed their pain and instead of transferring it, which is the norm here, bring healing, encouragement and empowerment to all those in their contexts.
