Chloe’s Hope Ministries exists to show pregnant and parenting youth in Chatham-Kent the face of Jesus while providing them with supportive housing and equipping them to break the generational cycle of poverty.

So far, this ministry has us working alongside church leaders in Lithuania, Kenya, Czech Republic, Poland and Kurdistan. we have made ourselves available to travel and work with a number of churches in various countries in the areas of Leadership Development (individual and organizational) and Discipleship Training (individual and organizational).
We are dedicated to serving Children’s Ministry around the world. Through the work we do, we support the faithful servants of Jesus who minister to children and families. We provide Christ-centered education, resources and training to all parents on parenting, on child welfare, on children’s education, on communicating with children, and on understanding and helping children.
OUR COMPANY is founded on the principal of Shared Value which seeks to create social impact through innovative market based training solutions that generate economic benefits for businesses while simultaneously advancing the economic empowerment of women and girls to reduce their vulnerability and enhance their economic and social outcomes.
Water’s Edge Ministries is a charitable Pastoral Care Ministry based in Owen Sound, Ontario. We offer private counsel within a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere while assisting individuals to resolve personal and marital problems, to find healing and freedom in their lives and relationships.
Volunteers of America Southeast is an interdenominational Church that seeks to share the love of God through service to the community. We see our efforts as a “ministry of service.” Volunteers of America Southeast provides services to the community, such as affordable housing, behavioral health care, community outreach, and disaster recovery.
Connecting people to under-resourced ministries, and helping those ministries creatively share their passion for reaching the impoverished. Working alongside the great people of The Vineyard church of Mazatlan, Mexico to serve the marginalized people in the surrounding colonias of Mazatlan.
Marianne, Jen, Connie, Kathryn, and Rob chose to form the Education for Life Society Canada to ensure the work being done for children in Kenya continues.
Leadership555 mobilizes Christian leaders and communities to create systemic change in areas of enduring systemic challenges. Our speciality is getting to the bottom of stubborn issues. We do this by combining the right leaders with facilitating platforms and local resources to form movements for real change.
Grace for the Journey sums up the ministry commitment and focus of David and Sue Ryttersgaard. Their mission is to help followers of Christ to know God’s Word and promises and to experience his grace in their lives.
