#GivingTuesday Overview

Casa de Esperanza (House Of Hope) – located in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico – is a drug rehabilitation home for boys under the age of 18 years. There are no provisions for this age group here in Manzanillo so there is a pressing need.

We have a wonderful couple, Fernando and Elizabeth, working as house parents and Juan Carlos as a rehab worker. The model is based on the traditional family unit. The boys can stay as long as they need in a home learning to be loved and to love unconditionally.

We believe this can bring them hope and a better future through education and family.

Help Us Reach Our Goal

Urgent Needs

We want to help this age group and we believe that the sooner they’re reached the more chance they have of change. We are a registered charity in the US and Canada as well as the UK to allow charity giving with tax exemption. Our website is www.casa2esperanza.com where you can find their stories and donate buttons.

More than ever, as we grow, and amidst the Covid crisis, we need funds to help support these young boys with their education and day to day expenses, clothes, uniforms, food etc. At the moment the boys need a lot of dental work and computers for their education as the schools are closed.

Our Ministry

House of Hope has established homes for young people in Manzanillo, neighbouring municipalities, and other parts of the Republic of Mexico. We reach out to at-risk youth, including minors with drug and alcohol problems. Beyond a safe place to stay, we provide them with medical services including detoxification, drug rehabilitation services, education and training services, and supporting their education to achieve self-sufficiency.
