Despite facing seemingly insurmountable obstacles like rugged terrain and scorching temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius, Nehemiah Construction has significantly impacted the lives of countless people. During my firsthand documentation of their ongoing humanitarian efforts, I witnessed their incredible results. Women who once endured long, arduous journeys to fetch water now have a well conveniently located near their villages. Communities that were once plagued by waterborne diseases now enjoy the security of clean and safe drinking water.

Families struggling to find food now have access to thriving gardens, thanks to Nehemiah Construction Ministries. This dedicated team of individuals is driven by a deep desire to reach out to widows, orphans, and the underprivileged across the globe. Their motivation is rooted in the teachings of Jesus, particularly Matthew 25:40, which emphasizes that helping the least fortunate is akin to helping Him.

Since its inception in 2004, NCM has been actively involved in various construction projects, providing food for the hungry, clothing for the naked, and delivering fresh, clean water to those in need. In 2006, Nehemiah Construction Ministries initiated a partnership with The Great Commission Foundation to launch The Drill for Life Project. By the fall of 2007, they had started drilling water wells, and as of September 2021, they have successfully completed over 90 water wells, ensuring clean and safe drinking water for tens of thousands of people in the Turkana region.

Nehemiah Construction Ministries is fully committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of the women and children residing in the Turkana Region of Northern Kenya. Our primary objective is to offer essential support, including shelter, education, nourishment, and access to clean drinking water, to as many children as possible!
